Returns are accepted only if:
- The product is unused;
- The product is in original packaging;
- The product is in resellable condition.
Returns may not be accepted if:
- The product is hygienic and is opened (like our Sense shampoo, body milk, perfume and body soap);
- The product is damaged or used by the customer.
Return costs:
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defectivce or incorrect.
Refunds:
After receiving and inspecting the return, we refund within 5 business days using the same payment method.
